Can I get a refund?
Refunds are accepted only if the item was received damaged and is reported within the first 24 hours of retrieval.
Can I exchange my item?
Items can be exchanged only if it satisfies ALL the following criteria
1 ) The item was a gift.
2 ) Product is in perfect condition (not worn, damaged, or altered).
3 ) Product has been purchased within 7 days.
Can I cancel my order?
In order to cancel your order please do so ASAP. Our team is more than ready to help. However, if the shipment has left the warehouse canceling the order won’t be available.
